Filetti di orata al sale in padella
Quando ho visto proporre questa variante in padella da Benedetta Parodi, ho subito preso appunti per realizzarla. Non sempre ci va di accendere il forno e, così, mi è sembrata una proposta molto interessante.
Ingredienti (per 2 persone)
- 2 filetti di orata
- sale grosso q.b.
- olio evo
Il procedimento è semplicissimo.
Creare un letto di sale grosso in una padella e adagiarvi i filetti.
Cuocere, a fuoco basso, fino a cottura ultimata, con il coperchio.
Io ho utilizzato un coperchio trasparente per controllare meglio la cottura e, una volta
cotti, ho servito su un'insalatina mista e condito con olio a crudo.
Veloce, semplice e gustoso.
